Warranty

Please remember that each piece is handcrafted so, while I do production pieces that are similar, no two creations will be exactly the same. I offer a limited lifetime warranty. If any piece breaks through normal wear and tear I will attempt to repair it for free. If I deem that the damage was not due to normal wear and tear or if very difficult to repair, I will quote a cost to complete the repair. If the piece cannot be repaired, I will offer a discount on a replacement piece.

Since all jewelry is totally handmade, many pieces might have slight natural irregularities.
If you are not happy with your handmade jewelry, just send it back within 14 days of your purchase for a refund, minus shipping and handling. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping and handling on your return.
